The 52 week training Philosophy

After battling weight gain for many years this experience has helped me to create my "52-week training system" where you will Build muscle for 18 weeks a year, Burn fat for 18 weeks throughout the year & Cross train for 12 weeks every year while "Vacationing" or taking 4 weeks away from training every year. 

This system has been used successfully to help me not only manage weight gain and burn fat effectively but also to build muscle and preserve stamina and energize through movement and training.  MedicnalMoves.com plans are simple and feature a healthy eating element and exercise. Training plans are made simple to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. I'm able to create a fitness plan to help you reach your fitness goal.
